For the past 20 years, Spencer C. Romine, RAA has been a leading provider of appraisal services to the metropolitan Indianapolis area. Our company was founded in 1986 by Spencer Romine and is located in 12869 Harrison Drive, Carmel ,IN ,USA.

At Spencer C. Romine, RAA, I strive to provide the very best real estate appraisal services in the Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Cicero, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Avon, and Greenwood area. My appraisal services include real estate appraisals for  employee relocation, trusts, estates, probate, taxation issues, PMI Removal and complete home real estate valuation. I hold the designation of RAA, Residential Accredited Appraiser.  I am a member of the following organizations: Employee Relocation Council, Appraisal Institute (Associate Member), National Association Of Realtors, Appraisal Section NAR, Indiana Associaton of Realtors, and Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.

With the data in an appraisal report rendered by certified real estate appraisers, the mortgage company will most often remove PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) with little trouble. Hiring an appraiser to find out if your property qualifies is the first step in removing PMI.
